Shipping policy

We aim to ship all orders within 5 business days or less. Please note that holidays or other unforeseen events may extend this timeframe. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Cactus Playing Cards is not liable for delays or issues due to incorrect addresses.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. All shipping fees are non-refundable. 

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on Orders of $150 or more that are shipped within the United States.

International

Please note we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries, and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

Playing Card Shipping

We ship all our playing cards in boxes with sufficient bubble wrap to protect your items. We do not use deck sleeves.

Merch Shipping

Our merch is printed on demand and will ship separately from card or other collectibles purchased on the site, even from the same order.
