Refund policy
All Sales Final – No Returns.
At Cactus Playing Cards, many of our products are limited in quantity or part of exclusive print runs. Due to the nature of our inventory, all sales are final, and we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds.
If we have made an error with your order, contact us within 7 days after receiving your order, and we’ll take the necessary steps to correcting the mistake.
If a printing or embroidery error occurs with our merch (misprinted graphics, fraying thread, alignment issues etc.) please reach out to our team so we can determine if a replacement is needed. If there is a printing error on any of our printed 'paper' media (stickers, playing cards etc.) and it makes the item totally unusable, please reach out with specific details about the defect.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once your order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier. Cactus Playing Cards is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly if you encounter any of these issues.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
