Cactus Echo NFT Giveaway — Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.

1. Sponsor. Cactus Playing Cards (“Sponsor”), support@cactus.cards

2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the 50 U.S./DC, 18 years or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees, contractors, and household members of Sponsor are not eligible.

3. Promotion Period. Begins Dec 3, 8:00am MT and ends Dec 6, 8:00pm MT (“Promotion Period”).

4. How to Enter. During the Promotion Period, either (A) on Instagram: follow @jabarlocker @cactusecho @mycactuscards, like the Giveaway post, and comment tagging one account; or on X: follow @cactusecho and reply to the Giveaway post (limit 1 entry per person per platform) Limit: 1 total entry per person per platform. Multiple entries in a single day are not accepted. Automated or bulk entries are prohibited.

5. Winner Selection & Odds. On/about Nov 10th, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds depend on number of eligible entries.

6. Prize. One (1) NFT: Cactus Echo on Base (Approximate Retail Value “ARV”: $30). Wallet on ETH required to receive the NFT. Network fees (“gas”) are covered by Sponsor. Prize is not redeemable for cash and is non-transferable. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal/greater value if needed.

7. Winner Notification/Verification. Potential winner will be notified by DM (Instagram/X) and must respond within 48 hours with eligibility and wallet information; otherwise prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

8. General Conditions. By entering, you agree to these Rules and Sponsor’s decisions. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries; technical errors; or platform outages. Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if fraud or technical failures impair the integrity of the Promotion.

9. Publicity. By accepting a prize, winner grants Sponsor the right to use winner’s name, handle, likeness, and entry for advertising and publicity in any media without additional compensation, where lawful.

10. Release. Instagram/X release & acknowledgement: You release Instagram and X from any responsibility, and acknowledge that the Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram or X. You provide information to Sponsor, not to Instagram/X.

11. Prohibited Conduct. Creating multiple accounts, posting duplicate/repetitive entries, or otherwise violating platform rules will disqualify the entrant.

12. Sanctions/Compliance. Promotion not open to persons or wallet addresses in sanctioned jurisdictions; Sponsor may decline to deliver a prize where doing so would violate applicable law.

13. Privacy. Personal data will be used only for administration of the Promotion and any prize fulfillment.
